Description
One of the “Forgotten” wars. In the jungles, mountains and plains of Burma and China, a tough war was raged between the allied and Japanese armies. There were many campaigns fought, this films outlines those fought by such outfits as ‘The Chindits’, ‘The Marauders’ and those fought under the leadership of Mountbatten and Vinegar Joe, in the allied thrust on the Roads to Mandalay and Rangoon, to reconquer Burma.
